“The Holdovers” movie revolves around Paul Hunham, portrayed by actor Paul Giamatti, a disliked teacher with no plans for the Christmas holiday. He finds himself stuck at school, where he must supervise his students during the break. Another student, Angus, played by actor Dominic Sessa, also lacks a family to spend the winter holidays with and remains at the school. As they spend time together, an unexpected friendship blossoms, as shown in the trailer.
