After a very disappointing box office start in the United States the stars of “The Lone Ranger” including Armie Hammer and Johnny Depp came to the UK for a full size star studded premiere with the horse and all. I wonder if the Lone Ranger rode through the town yelling “The Americans are coming, The Americans are coming”.
